If the prohibition of pig lead is thus made absolute, the Linister is of opinion that, since all exports, for which licences may be granted, will be merely to meet normal requirements, there will be no necessity to take special stepe to ensure that the
e' metal is not re-exported, for instance, from Hong Kong.
I am also to say that the Minister does not desire to recommend at present that the other classes of lead, namely sheet, pipe, or scrap, and solder containing lead should be transferred to List A.
